The client’s project requires the dedicated conveyance of neutralized wastewater containing phenol. Such wastewater, which contains phenol and various chemical by-products from neutralization reactions, is not only highly corrosive but also extremely toxic. This imposes extremely stringent requirements on the corrosion resistance, sealing performance and overall stability of conveying equipment. Meanwhile, based to on-site production conditions, the client has put forward customized demands for large-flow conveyance and reliable self-priming functionality. The core objective is to effectively cope with the complex on-site suction conditions, ensure continuous and stable operation throughout the conveying process, and fundamentally eliminate potential safety hazards and environmental pollution caused by medium leakage.

In response to the client’s core demands and on-site operational pain points, Tenglong Pump & Valve has conducted in-depth research and scheme demonstration to precisely match the client’s actual needs, and has developed a tailored solution for conveying neutralized wastewater containing phenol. The solution adopts a scientific combination of fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps and fluorine-lined siphon tanks. The two components work in synergy and complement each other’s advantages, forming an efficient, safe and stable conveying system.


Fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps feature outstanding acid and alkali resistance as well as superior corrosion resistance, enabling full protection against erosion by neutralized wastewater containing phenol and effectively extending equipment service life.
