Magnetic pump (also known as magnetic drive pump) is mainly composed of pump head, magnetic actuator (magnetic cylinder), motor, base and so on. The magnetic actuator of the magnetic pump is composed of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor rotates the external magnetic rotor through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, drive the internal magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, and realize the contactless synchronous transmission of power. the dynamic seal structure which is easy to leak is transformed into the static seal structure with zero leakage. Because the pump shaft and the internal magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, dripping and leakage" is completely solved.
(1) the pump shaft changes from dynamic seal to closed static seal, which completely avoids medium leakage. It is amphibious and completely waterproof.
(2) there is no need for independent lubrication and cooling water, so the energy consumption is reduced.
(3) it has the advantages of low power consumption, high efficiency and damping, which reduces the influence of motor vibration on pump and cavitation vibration of pump.
(4) when overload, the rotor will slip on the ceramic shaft, which can protect the motor and pump.
